Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are freshly made to order. Processing times vary depending on order volume; however, it will not take more than 24-48 hours 

Once orders are ready to ship, shipping time is 1-3 Business days, depending on the shipping address. 

From placing an order to delivery, it takes 5-7 business days to receive your shipment. 

Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently offer Express delivery only across Australia.  Availability and delivery fees will be confirmed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations outside our service area.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if a major delivery delay occurs, it will affect product quality or significantly decrease the consumption time. We will compensate. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.


4. Perishable Goods & Risk Transfer

Our products are perishable food items.

Once an order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. This includes responsibility for:

  • Immediate refrigeration

  • Proper storage

  • Consumption within the stated shelf life

We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues caused by delayed receipt, unattended delivery, or improper storage after delivery.


5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to respond to the delivery contact

The order may be considered fulfilled, and no refund or replacement will be provided, due to the perishable nature of the product.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect, or

  • Significantly damaged due to delivery handling (broken seal or can)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, where applicable.


7. Weather Considerations

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order, particularly in warm weather. We are not responsible for heat-related spoilage once delivery has been completed.
