Refund policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cake jars once they have been collected or delivered.

Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind

  • Incorrect storage after delivery is not eligible for a refund

  • Partially consumed products are not refundable

 

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit if a product:

  • Is faulty or unsafe 

  • It is significantly different from its description

 

Reporting an Issue

If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

⚠️ Storage Responsibility

Once delivered, responsibility for correct storage (refrigeration) passes to the customer. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage or delayed consumption.  All our cake jars are freshly made and have a 10-day shelf life outside the fridge from the date of production. However, we strongly recommend refrigerating to avoid spoilage. 
To maintain freshness and quality, products must be refrigerated as soon as they are received.
